This large home had a complete makeover from head to toe, with underfloor heating installed throughout, expansive windows to let the outside in and the interiors finished with a clean white wash. Notice the use of pocket doors, which allow utility and other areas to be shut off while not cluttering the space with the door itself. Another amazing project completed in partnership with Stephen Mulhall, Architect, of nineteeneighty.
Rathgar
Our client wanted to keep the beauty of the original property while modernising the space. You will see a new kitchen with folding doors dividing rooms when desired, but then back and out of the way when seeking an open flow format. Stephen Mulhall, Architect, provided the plans for this project, and the clients were thrilled with the finished product.

Elton Park
This beautiful home experienced a transformation with the planning of Brian Bolger, Architect. They created a great room at the rear, with folding doors to the sun room and a natural flow into the kitchen area. Custom joinery throughout allowed the client to maximise the space to meet their specific needs.
